The communication of data is an essential requirement for the satisfaction of requests received by completing the contact form. Failure to communicate the data will result in the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations. Failure to communicate personal data will result in the impossibility of following up on requests made.

e. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data may be processed not only by authorized personnel within the company, but also by the following subjects:
- tax and legal consultant;
- consultants for the maintenance/administration of hardware/software computer systems;
- subjects who can access your data by virtue of regulatory provisions;
- control bodies, also following inspections or audits;
- transport and logistics companies (in execution of the request made);
- Other suppliers or sub-suppliers (in execution of the request made or contractual obligations or regulatory obligations).
The name of the subjects listed above is available at any time upon request by the interested party
f. Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations
The transfer of personal data outside the European Community or to international organizations is not envisaged.
g. Period of retention of personal data
The duration of data retention, where there are no regulatory obligations or where a request for cancellation is not received from the interested party, is established on the basis of the existence of the purposes referred to in letter "c", the need for the regular performance of the activity work or on the basis of specific regulatory obligations.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to request access, rectification and portability of personal data concerning him at any time, as well as to oppose the processing, withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with the Guarantor authority for the processing of personal data.
